Welcome to Broker’s University! I am excited to offer our clients the opportunity to create a venue of classes just for Broker Owner/Managers/Team Owners. So many classes today are geared just for the agents and unless Brokers take the CRB series of courses Brokers find that their educational needs are not meant. I have combined the talents of Brokerage Experts to offer you a wide variety of courses just for Brokers. Our goal at Broker University is to supply to our clients a quarterly program for their associates.
Year one will be made up of
1) Broker’s Policy and Procedures Manual and Real Estate Social Media/Internet Policies and Procedures
2) A CRB Course of your choice
3) Holding Agents Accountable
4) Any elective from the list or another CRB course.
I have also put together a Broker’s Symposium for my clients so that they have a customized Broker’s day for their associates. Depending upon your budget, the speakers vary. I can guarantee you a fabulous experience! When we are having fun…your Brokers are having fun too!

CRB has made some dramatic changes to their offering policy and will be a reasonable program to offer now. Plan to schedule the Broker’s University in 2012.
